About Me

I started Dragan Fitness with a purpose – to help build the confidence of others through fitness and growth-mindset development. Being fit isn’t just about looking your best – it’s about feeling your best, your health is priceless and I want everyone to know it.

Through fitness, nutrition, and a personally tailored programme we will have you looking great and feeling confident!

With my background in physiotherapy and personal training, I am excited to assist you in reaching your goals!

1 to 1 Training


My 1 to 1 Training consist of an initial free consultation to discuss your training goals and motivational factors.

Together we will explore a range of training methods to see what works for you whilst taking into consideration your fitness aspirations.

Rehab Training


With my MSc physiotherapy degree and other qualifications, we will be able to work on injury management and prevention with a focus on body conditioning and muscle imbalances.

Together we will create a programme that will be tailored to your specific needs and physical abilities.

Programming


Using a holistic approach we will design a tailored programme that is centred around your fitness goals.

I can put together a programme that you can take away and use in your own home or gym.

Nutritional Advice


Concerned about nutrition? Confused about all the different diet options?

Worried about what you’re eating and drinking?

I will be able to assess your current nutritional habits and guide you on how to make small changes that can lead to significant improvements in overall health and wellbeing. Whether you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle, or simply tone up, tailored nutritional advice can make a huge difference in reaching your goals!
